What Lib Dems are fighting for in Hyndburn

This is a statement from the Lib Dem Candidates, Beth and Adam Waller-Slack fighting for seats on both Hyndburn Borough and Lancashire County Councils.

"The Liberal Democrats have a strong record of fighting for local communities. Adam Waller-Slack is an NHS hospital doctor. Beth Waller-Slack is the local party chair and interested in supporting families. For many years there has only been limited choices in Hyndburn, Labour and Conservative. The Liberal Democrats aim to offer an alternative and to be a voice of opposition and reason on the Borough and county councils to challenge a stagnant system.

Covid-19 has devastated our local community and we need to control infections so focus can be on revitalising our local economy.

Green spaces and parks have become all the more important in recent times. It is a Lib Dem priority locally to ensure these spaces are up to task."
