Tory move to go back to the Poll Tax condemned by Cllr. David Foster

Liberal Democrat Deputy Leader,Councillor David Foster said, "This is going back to the discredited Poll Tax. we got rid of that because it was unfair. How can it be right that a pensioner living off a small pension should pay the same as a millionaire? Cllr. Rigby should be supporting our plans to move to Local Income Tax. this would mean that what you pay is directly related to what you earn."
