Lib Dems listen and act in Marsh House

Liberal Democrats in Marsh House Ward,Darwen have been asking local people their views on their area. One of the areas highlighted from residents replies to the questionnaire was litter. Lib Dems decided to act and last Saturday (8 April) a group of Lib Dem members litter picked. They went arounf Edmund St, Progress St, Lily St, Philip St and parts of Sudell Rd, Kay St, Highfield Rd and Ratcliffe St.
Lib Dem candidate Paul Browne said,"We could have reported it to the Council but that would have taken time so we deicded we should do it ourselves."
