Lib Dems attack Council Bureaucracy - £1.5 million could be saved

Liberal Democrats have accused labour-run Blackburn with Darwen Council of being top heavy.
Lib Dem Finance spokesman, Cllr David Foster said, "We think we could save somewhere in the region of £1.5 million by streamlining our management structure."
