Joan Hepple to stand for Lib Dems in Marsh House

Darwen Liberal Democrats have selected local Marsh House resident Joan Hepple to fight the Marsh House Ward Town Council by-election on 4 May. Local people will have 3 votes at theis election; one for the Borough Council and two for the Town Council. Joan will be joining Paul Browne (for the Borough Council) and Simon Hugill (for the Town Council).

Joan is standing because she is pasionate about Darwen. She has helped local organisations in the past including Darwen Valley Community Centre and she has had exhibitions in Darwen Library shocasing her designs for children's clothes.
