Blackburn with Darwen bottom of the league for car accidents to children

Blackburn with darwen have come bottom of the league in a recent publication highlighting the health of local youngsters. The respected Child and Maternal Health Observatory puts us worst for road accidents (killed and seriously injured) to children. You can see the full report here.
Commenting on the figures local Lib Dem Leader, Cllr. David Foster said,"We have been highlighting road safety to the Labour run Council for over a year but they do not take this seriously". It is time we saw some radical action on this like introducing 20 mph limits on all our residential roads"
