Darwen Town Council Results8.35.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Tue 9th Jun 2009 The Darwen Town Council results were announced on Friday 5th June. Liberal Democrats gained 4 seats For Darwen 7 seats Conservatives 1 seat Labour 1 seat. An analysis showed that the overall percentage of votes cast was For Darwen 34% Liberal Democrats 28% Labour 21% Conservatives 10% BNP 7% The successful Liberal Democrat candidates were Sudell Ward: Paul Browne, Roy Davies Whitehall Ward: Steve Duncan, John East Related Link:
